At HerHaus Society, all products are made to order. This helps us minimise waste and support sustainable production. Once your items are created and shipped, your delivery time will depend on your region.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Australia & New Zealand: 4–14 business days

  • USA: 5–9 business days

  • Canada, UK & EU: 6–10 business days

  • Japan: 6–10 business days

  • Brazil: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Order Processing Time

Because our products are made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier.
Orders marked “delivered” by the carrier cannot be refunded or replaced.
